John Kotsias, the author of Essential Movements of T’ai Chi, is a linguist and professor of mathematics with many of years experience in the practice of T’ai Chi. Herb Rich, the illustrator, is also an expert T’ai Chi practitioner who has represented the US at the World T’ai Chi Federation gathering in China.
